How does the floating feature of Kush Case™ work?

Kush Case™ is a buoyant, impact-absorbing smartphone case designed for everyday use in active, outdoor, and water-adjacent environments.

Kush Case™ is intended to:

Help a compatible smartphone float if accidentally dropped into water
Provide impact-absorbing cushioning during everyday drops and handling
Improve visibility, retrievability, and reduce the risk of permanent loss

Kush Case™ is designed to reduce certain risks, not eliminate them.

2. Explicit Exclusions — No Water Protection Claims

Kush Case™ is not:

Waterproof
Water-resistant
Submersible
IP-rated
A sealed enclosure
A dive case or marine housing

Kush Case™ does not prevent water from contacting a phone and does not protect against water damage.

Any statements regarding flotation do not imply protection from water exposure or water intrusion.

3. Water Exposure Disclaimer

If a phone in a Kush Case™ is dropped into water:

Water may contact the phone immediately or during retrieval

15. Returns & Retail Purchases

Online purchases made directly from Kush-Case.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery with a valid receipt or proof of purchase, subject to inspection. A $5 restocking fee may apply, and customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Products purchased from retail stores, marketplaces, or authorized resellers must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that seller’s return policies and guidelines. Shield Explore Technologies LLC does not process retail or third-party returns.
